Excellent staff n service
I was pleasantly surprised at the level of technology and really enjoyed how wonderfully nice everyone was! I really loved my whole experience, I will be switching my kids too!
The dental hygenist assigned to me (male) was excellent. My teeth were left sparkling and he was very courteous and knowledgable.
The receipt I received at the end didn't exactly reflect what the checkout lady told me. I was charged X amount on my CC, yet the bill showed Y as being "owed". This didn't quite make sense to me, but I had already left when I read the bill. There were alot of items on the receipt but I was only told to pay for 1/3 of them. Perhaps walking me through the charges would help me get a better idea of what's billed and what's not. No Dental Woes! Always enjoy my visits to my dentist. Minimal to no pain. Love their new location. Area rug and magazines in an open accessible location in the waiting room would help.
Jeff was proficient and most helpful as usual.
I enjoyed my time at Dental Arts. They were friendly when I walked through the door. They were thorough when examining and cleaning. They explained everything I needed to know. THe atmosphere made you feel comfortable as well as welcomed and appreciated.
