The staff are so friendly and was able complete my dental visit so comfortable.
I was shocked by the no copay situation or pay up front then get reimbursed, as I have never seen this. This required a hug amount of cash out of my pocket to get the required work done. Plus extra work was done without my knowledge until afterwards which required more money out of pocket. By the way, I told the gal on the phone who made my appt and she was very precise which tooth had cold sensitivity- 2nd from the back molar on R side bottom, and 2nd from the back top left molar for pressure pain. Bri (receptionist) made me feel right at home as soon as I walked in. It was my first visit at this clinic. I loved the way it is decorated and so roomy. Very quiet and very clean. My cleaning/exam went very smooth & quick. Dr. Baysa came in to speak with me after the cleaning and was very nice. Everyone was fantastic. I will highly recommend this clinic to all my friends and family. I'll be back in 6 months for another cleaning/exam! Thank you Dental Arts!

Great dentist/ Dental Office Really take the time to ensure the Patient understands and is assured of the procedure and entire situation.
Was impressed with the after the exam interview to know what needed to be done and how much. I think most patients who look for a different dentist lack the care needed from the dentist himself. I like that so I know what needs to be done and how much. After I left knowing what needed to be done and how much I went to the bank and started a home equity loan process.
Everyone was very friendly and informative from the moment I stepped into Dr Baysa's office. I had a wonderful, exceptional experience.
