WHEN I CAME TO MY APPOINTMENT AND CHECKED IN I WAS TOLD THAT I DIDN'T HAVE AN APPT. THE RECEPTIONIST WAS REALLY UNDERSTANDING AND HAD ME ACCOMMODATED. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My only reservation is that there are a lot of patients sitting quite close together without the benefit of solid walls. I'm afraid sounds of discomfort from my neighbors (or from me) might affect others' mood during treatment.
Very pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. Was relaxed before I even got in the big chair. Need no changes.
Don't like the text message reminder that I get one day ahead of my appointment saying if I don't cancel within 3 days I'll have a $50 charge. A message like that should go out earlier.
You all are a great team. Very impressive facility/equipment. Hygenists are great at what they do. Really great. One issue for me: it felt like I was going through the process of buying a car. The family feel of a traditional dentist wasn't there. You have the latest and greatest technology, but the feel wasn't right. It's possible to combine the modern and traditional; just gotta figure it out and work it. Very good business, though.
