Everyone is always very friendly. Treated well. Lots of smiles. Everyone is also very prompt. I don't like the new pay-up-front option, but maybe it will work out okay. I'll have to see. I also don't like feeling pressured to upgrade fillings. I know it's a business, but all of my family have stopped going to this dentist because of the pressure to buy mouth guards or white fillings. I'm the last person that goes here, because everyone is so nice. I hope I have made the right choice.
What a blessing your office was to me and my family! Your staff was so friendly and genuinely kind that I felt welcomed immediately. The spirit of Aloha resonated throughout the staff and all they did. Their interaction was lively and comfortable but not inappropriate. I really appreciated the encouragement in our dental care rather than the alternative use of reprimands to motivate better performance. The accolades of this office are endless! Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

The process was professional and pleasant. I was also impressed with how they took the time to explain and educate me through everything. The cleaning was thorough and no pain at all.
Texture of crown is not as smooth as enamel. Overall a good experience.
