I am 56 years young and this visit was the first time I've left a Dental office feeling comfortable and that my needs and concerns actually mattered. Thank You!
Being that I had a very bad experience as a young child, all of the staff took that into consideration and treated me with the utmost care. Dianne was gentle and explained what she was doing and going to do! I believe what made my visit so reassuring and comfortable after 20 years is Dianne actually took the time to explain to me what she was doing and what to expect...keeping me distracted and yet informative was the best thing ever....I want to thank the staff for giving the utmost care and my visit a pleasurable one.

Dr. Baysa and his Dental Arts Team are an awesome assets to the Army Dental Program. I have never felt more comfortable my entire 15 years in the Army. Both Dr. Baysa and his dental assitant were very informative on my dental situation. My dental procedure was explained both verbally and by presentation. I visualized what was wrong with my teeth and what was done to correct my tooth. Going in to the procedure and I felt comfortable and at ease with the process. Great JOB!!
I was taken by surprise when I was leaving the office as I am not familiar with one of the new girls in the front office who asked "when will you be in to pay your balance?" It would've been better if she introduced herself first, chatted with me a bit, asked how I was doing and approached me differently about it. I just spent over a thousand dollars and consideration should be made to my ability to pay the small balance.

Moving often has resulted in having used the services of many dental practices all over the world for many years, and my visit to Dr. Baysa and the Dental Arts Team has to be the most impressive and comforting experience I have ever had. I am normally terrified of dentist visits, but somehow the experience with Dr. Baysa allowed me to relaxed and take in all information he gave me.
