My invisilign was checked, was told that it's still in good condition and I will be called for the next visit.
Although the office was a little challenging to find, the service was excellent! When looking for the office the receptionist was very clear and able to give accurate directions. Service was very quick, the assistant took me into an exam room within 10 minutes and less than 5 minutes later, Dr. Tom was there and very genuinely interested in my dental concerns. I was surprised that I was able to start the orthodontics process the same say as my consultation appointment. Overall very great service.
This is a beautiful office with a wonderful, caring and up to date dentist, and a great staff. Very clean, sanitary, you feel very comfortable in their setting. For those of you afraid of dental work give this place a try They do everything possible to make you comfortable.
There was a lot of first for me on my first visit here, which took me by surprise, but I have no complaints and was very happy. I would recommend Hawaii Family Dental to my friends and family !
Everything was great! I was able to go half an hour earlier than my scheduled appointment. As soon as I entered I was greeted by the girls at the front. I was only sitting down less than a minute and was taken to the back, another 10 - 15 minutes early. The best thing about it is, I walked out the door without paying anything! Hahaha! I had braces at 12-13 years of age but at 58 my teeth had shifted back slightly to their original form. I was also having a painful jaw. Dr Baysa recommended that I get Invisalign to straighten my teeth and also to correct my bite. A few months into wearing the Invisalign I noticed that my jaw pain was significantly lessened. 10 months into wearing the Invisalign I have no jaw pain when opening my mouth or chewing as I had before. The whole staff and Dr. Baysa were so kind and friendly! They also accommodated me with an earlier appt that was originally scheduled a month later. I had my two boys with me (one being a toddler) that day and everyone was helping with them and never made me feel uncomfortable.
