I have never been to such a nice dental office before, it had the feeling of a spa setting which relaxes you. Also this is the first time I did not have to fight traffic or look for parking coming here. Lastly and most importantly Dr. Baysa is a terrific dentist, up to date, knowledgeable, Informative and caring. His office manager Lora, staff and hygienist are just awesome. I would highly recommend this dental clinic.
The hygienist did a great job, she's so thorough and always checking with to make sure I'm ok while she's cleaning my teeth. Highly recommended

Very, very, very pleased with the work of PAM, the Dental Hygienist, who has developed a program to handle my sensitivity when cleaning and it is now PAIN FREE and wonderful. She is the best. All in the office are pleasant and helpful.
I have been with Hawaii Family Dental for many years on three different islands and 16 years in Hilo. I have been coming to see Erin on a regular basis and would not change for anything. She is always very professional and does a great job in helping me maintain my dental care. Everyone in the office is very friendly, Arlene has been there for many years and I always feel welcome and have my needs cared for when I call or come in. Amazing doctors and staff. Very caring and compassionate. So happy we found a special dental group!! All services in one place. Very clean too. Highly pleased with how staff welcomes us in and amazed at how efficient they are. No need to ever be afraid of a dentist. Best thing to see in Hilo.
