I drove my husband for his appointment w/Dr. Baysa. My original appointment was scheduled for 4 days later. Since I was in the office, I asked if there was a possibility for me to get my teeth cleaned then rather than returning to the office 4 days later. Everyone from the front office to Dr.Baysa were very accommodating. I was able to avoid an additional trip to the dentist.

i can't say enough wonderful comments about HFDC in hilo. the dentists and staff all are so sweet and kind, and work so diligently to make sure i am comfortable each visit. i first came to them after 2 different dentist and very bad experiences. i was in excruciating pain, and Dr. Oakley and Dr. Mau stopped at nothing to resolve the issues. i was even followed up by phone and email during a particularly trying time (ended up needing a root canal and an extraction). i have never waitd longer than a few minutes for an appointm... read more

I find it easy to talk to Dr. Baysa and the assistants when work is being done on my teeth. Office people as well.

The appointment reminders are a little excessive. I confirmed via phone but then got text and email reminders.
