I love the staff and Doctors at Hawaii Family Dental. From the girls at the front counter to my hygienist to Dr. Cecilia and Dr. Meredith and their assistant. Everyone is really friendly and they all have a great sense of humor. I enjoy going to see them. Everyone who works here really makes a visit to the dentist, which is normally not a fun time, really enjoyable. Great group of people, with exceptional customer service. I would refer this team to anyone who needs a dentist!
Heaven sent!!! This is the model for all others! Too many bad experiences led me to not getting care for almost 10 years. With autoimmune disease, and chronic pain I was scared I would not be treated well. I was so surprised and grateful for your staff and Drs. Especially Dr. Meyer. Mahalo nui loa. Kay Slay
I was so in pain over the weekend by Monday I had to search online for a dentist emergency that could help me with my pain. Most dentist was charging and arm and a leg it was ridiculous. I was so happy to have found Dr.Baysa Robert and said for me to come in they would be able to see me. I went in met all the staff and had a tour before we started. I've been coming here for sometime now and have always been treated very well here by the hygienist to the staff and Dr. Bysa. Always welcoming and friendly, I enjoy my visits there
Aloha mai no - Mahalo no for a pleasant experience at todayʻs office visit. Essentially, in the past, dental visits have not been a pleasant experience. Dr. Baysa and his office staff remove any/all anxiety for me. Moreover, I appreciate the extra effort to put me feel at ease. Now, I look forward to each and every dental visit. Blessings, hinano.
I didn't get her name. So I call her "Ading". She has the best bedside manner of all the dental hygeinists that ever cleaned my teeth. She made me feel really comfortable. Everybody else was great as usual.
As usual got in right away, staff friendly and professional. Who likes seeing the dentist?, but going to Dental Arts is never a downer. It's even fun because of the great team they have.
Great service. They keep good records and really know their patients.
Dental hygienist very competent.Sorry I cannot name her as three of the staff spoke through there masks which muffled their words beyond my ability to discern their words clearly. Office was clean and neat. Front office staff pleasant and competent. I will certainly return for regular cleanings.
