Overall I have a great appreciation for the job done on my 2006 Silverado crew cab. I'm the original owner of this truck, and I have used different shops in the past, this is the one I'm going to stay with.
I came in for a pre shipping detail and to shampoo my seats. This was outlined in my online request form as well as me telling the guy when I dropped off my vehicle. When I go to pick up my car, the outside and inside were amazing and cleaned well however my seats were not shampooed as I requested. Granted I was not charged for the service, it would have been nice to get a phone call or something telling me that it would not be done for whatever reason. Car was ok....was hoping for it to be a little more cleaner...it still had a yellow bird poop all over and it took 5 hrs for you guys to clean it...I think if I didn't call it would have taken longer....don't know if it's because I had a gift certificate and that's why they didn't do a good job....the top of my truck was still dirty
Easy to set up appointment, thoroughly explained package, at pick up staff member took the time to go over the vehicle in detail. Excellent service and care with my vehicle. Looking forward to repeat the service on my other vehicles. Mahalo and Aloha !
