This is an organization of utmost integrity, who strive earnestly to help their customers by servicing their vehicles with honesty, professionalism and dispatch. I enjoy going there and waiting when necessary as their facility is always clean and hospitable. I believe that I receive terrific value for my transportation dollars at this dealership.
I bought my new car in November of 2018 at the Hastings, MN ford Dealership, this is my forth car from them, the reason I keep going back is they always work with me on price, they are always willing to help get me the price I can afford! This company is the worst I’ve dealt with for service, called to setup a appointment for warranty repairs and a oil change, 4 weeks out to get a appointment with a loner car. Tried today to just get a oil change and after 3 calls they could never get ahold of the appointment person. I bought the car new here and won’t even use my free oil change, the hassle of trying to get a appointment isn’t worth it. On a second note the Hastings Chrysler dealer is the same way.
