I received excellent customer service from Wes and whole team. I has a problem with my Panoramic sunroof and the service department did not have openings, so the sales manager took it upon himself to fix it, so i did not have to wait. I would definitely reccomend Hastings Ford.

It would have been nice if they has actually conducted the multi-point inspection they claimed to have done. instead, they wrote b.s. tread depths for my tires and b.s. thicknesses for my brake pads, which leads me to believe they inspected absolutely nothing, and just pencil-whipped the MPI form. Will not be having that issue anymore though since I traded my pile of junk focus with it's defective transmission in for a Honda. I will never buy another Ford again. This will probably be deleted.
Yes, I would recommend them. My husband, Bruce L. Clarke and I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Explorer from them and Wes, was awesome to work with and the other staff. It is where my future oil changes will be, very pleasant environment!

I had the most incredible experience tonight working with Mike W. He was so kind, genuine and real with me through the entire process. He was so personable, which made the experience so enjoyable!! I will definitely be going through Mike with any future car endeavors. I cannot recommend him enough!! Wonderful human! Also, the entire team that helped me to get into my vehicle was just phenomenal!! They treated me so kind and really worked hard to get me in a car perfect for my budget, needs and wants.
