My husbands 17 duramax has been in your lousy shop more than we’ve had it ... you can’t put a truck together to save your life ...11 weeks you’ve had it ... fixed one thing broke umpteen others ...had it back one day and now it’s puking oil. I’m so done with incompetence in your shop and a GM who says..” what ya think we’re Macy’s?” ... nope I think your COO Rob needs to fire some people and get someone who knows wth they’re doing!!
