Kyle was awesome best service appt I have ever had, he immediately reached out to the warranty company on the spot when other issues arose, the past couple of times that I had been in I had to make multiple calls back about issues and if the warranty would cover it and in the end it was never resolved or communicated to me if it could even be resolved with the warranty. Drove 3 hours to buy a vehicle from them. They said it was in need of a part but we could test drive it and then arrange delivery after purchase. about an hour into drive They called and said they had the part and vehicle would be fix and sanitized and waiting when we arrived. about 15 minutes out from dealer salesman called to verify our time. we were about 15 minutes early arriving. Slow service department. Took over a month to schedule an oil change. Took over 90min to complete a basic oil change.

bought a car. during the buying process the finance guy basically water boarded me into paying for service i didn't want. when I call to cancel services not yet applied to my car, im told its too late which, I guess Is fine i shouldn't have let him pressure me no matter how late it was. so I leave a review to warn others to not be pressured into what had happened to me. a manager sees my review and calls to "make it right" says their finance guy didn't do his job and they would refund me the services I did not want in exchan... read more
