I want to send a big THANK YOU out to Dr. Harvey Carter and his courteous and professional staff (Becky, Monica, Jack, Nick, Kimberly, just to name a few). I am 2 weeks post-surgery on my 2nd eye (cataract/Crystalens surgery) and my eyesight is amazing. Dr. Carter has given me such a better quality of life…I can see without contacts or glasses. Go Cowboys!!!!
I originally had cataract surgery done by a butcher surgeon (Eye surgical assoc Illinois) They left me with 20/400 in my right eye. 4 years later I found Dr. Carter. He Fixed my 20/400 right eye vision to have 20/40!!! Awesome job Dr. Carter! I travel 5000 miles to see Dr. Carter! IT'S WORTH IT! Again, Thank You! Tim Tomlinson
I had my Lasik procedure performed at Dr. Carter's Office. The consultation and procedure went fantastic!! Now, after the procedure customer service has been extremely disappointing to say the least. I had a few follow-up check-ups and they went fine. Fast forward after the procedure and initial follow-ups and there have been a few occasions I have called with questions.
