I don’t recommend this place for a few reasons: 1. My surgery was rescheduled due to the laser malfunction. Which I’m glad it happened before my surgery not during. 2. I was in the office for my surgery and got a call from the office to reschedule my post opp. How do they not know I’m in the office ? 3. They gave me the wrong post opp instructions. They told me to put my antibiotic drops every hour on the hour. Well 3 days out and I ran out of drops which then I’m told I did it wrong and it’s written in the post opp instruct... read more

Dr. Carter performed a consummate and highly skilled cataract & lens replacement procedure on my left eye; two years ago he performed the same. The result is like the good book says, "he has made the blind to see..."
Very slow service... you need about 3-4 hours for an annual eye exam
Dr. Carter is great, however, my experience has been terrible. I went for my annual exam almost 4 weeks ago and was not given my prescriptions nor asked if I needed glasses or contacts, both of which, I need. I have called 5 times since then to get the prescriptions. Each time, I have been told I would receive a callback and have received nothing.
I am looking forward to my surgery next week
Dr. Carter and all of his staff were very professional and kind!! Tammy is amazing with immediate response to emails and calls! It was a great experience and my vision is 20/20 now!!! Carter Eye Center has been amazing. I came in to the consultation and they were ready to do surgery the following day. (I ended up having it yesterday) The procedure last a max of 15 minutes and is not painful at all. Dr. Carter was very reassuring during the surgery and gently kept reminding me to keep my eye still, or to look towards a certain area.
