If I could give this place a zero I would. They are ridiculous. They never answer their phones and when you come in the office you'll know why it's because al they're doing is talking to each other while you listen to the phone ring over and over. Every time I come in the make me fill out a hippa even if it was two months earlier when Hippas are good for a year but somehow "they've misplaced it" yet again. They're rude. I came to this place in the afternoon very sick. I was seen by a APRN Jason. This jerk misdiagnosed me saying I had congestive heart failure and a heart attack when it was a very bad case of bronchitis. My EMT didn't even believe him. Hartford Hospital said bronchitis. Stay away from this place. They don't answer their phones when not busy either. A very dangerous place.
I am never seen on time and rarely by my physician on record. I am consistently seen at least 45 minutes past my appointment time. I'm not sure why Dr's feel that their time is more valuable than their patients. If you have to many patients to accommodate stop accepting new ones. I have been a patients for almost twenty years but am seriously considering moving to a different practice.
Dr. Weinreb is not only the best listener and most thorough Dr. I have ever had, he is also the most compassionate and understanding .I have been to many doctors who cannot wait for you to finish talking so they can get out the door. Dr. Weinreb explains everything clearly and aleveates any anxiety you may have. You want the best care then you need Dr. Steven Weinreb.I feel blessed to have found him ten years ago.
