Nightmare. Months to get an appointment and then months to get in line for equipment for a sleep study ... and when I call for status on equipment... they retake all my information and they say they will eventually call back ..... but no. Something operationally is very, very broke here. I did like the APRN who consulted ... but this place does not seem to know what is going on.
They cancelled my sleep study THREE times over the course of 8 weeks, literal minutes after confirming the appointment and hours before I’m supposed to BE there. First, because their technician didn’t show up. They put that in their system as ME “no-showing” - so they’re lying, too. The second two times, for “equipment issues.” You didn’t know your equipment was broken when you called me 5 minutes prior to confirm? TWICE? My doctor sent a referral on 2/12. I attempted to call them 5 times. I asked to speak with an office manager (noone ever called me) to this day. Today I was told by my Dr's that this office said, "they called me to schedule an appointment in June but I refused to take the appointment because it was too far out" I'm shocked they would lie about their conduct. I REFUSE TO BE TREATED BY THIS OFFICE. I should have read the "reviews" first.
