Charged me for an extra appointment when I went to my physical for just disclosing a health issue to my doctor so she would have it on file. My doctor didn’t look at anything relating to it and didn’t treat anything in regards to it. Just wrote it down in my chart and I was charged an extra $70 for it. They refused to remove the charge and then sent it to collections after 6 months. Completely disgusted with this place.

I've had great care in Dr Chows office and with Jill and Dr benson and that says a lot with my very complex medical issues

Calling Dr Chow, Dr Chow? Weird that she is nowhere to be found. Gone for months leaving her patients in limbo. Best to stay away from this practice.

Beware of "Dr" Chow... She will lie right to your face. She refuses to see you if you are only a couple of minutes late then will tell you that it wasn't her that made that decision. When you talk to the office manager, who was very nice by the way, explains that if you are late, it is the PROVIDER'S call. It seems as though Dr Chow uses just a couple minutes late to shave off time and patients.So far all the other Drs here are really good...

I have never dealt with an office staff so incompetent. 22 days of waiting for an appointment after speaking with them and apparently them sending messages.. only to call back and nothing was done. Those “messages” were never sent. Absolutely don’t bother with this trash office.
