Beware of "Dr" Chow... She will lie right to your face. She refuses to see you if you are only a couple of minutes late then will tell you that it wasn't her that made that decision. When you talk to the office manager, who was very nice by the way, explains that if you are late, it is the PROVIDER'S call. It seems as though Dr Chow uses just a couple minutes late to shave off time and patients.So far all the other Drs here are really good...
I have never dealt with an office staff so incompetent. 22 days of waiting for an appointment after speaking with them and apparently them sending messages.. only to call back and nothing was done. Those “messages” were never sent. Absolutely don’t bother with this trash office.
My mom goes here. Awful company. They don't care about their patients at all. Just want money. I really hate Hartford Healthcare. Go anywhere else. Their Urgent Care is also equally bad.
