RecommendedI sent my son to run errands for me that included a stop at Yaseen''s Jewelry because I needed some watches attended to. My son was treated very nicely. I was impressed that the gentleman remembered my son''s name, he addressed him by name immediately upon entering. The service was GREAT. I absolutely loved my experience with Larry at Yaseen Jewelers. I have a vintage ring that my grandmother left me for an engagement ring. It is gorgeous with a very unique fray design. I went looking many different places trying to find someone who I could trust with my grandmother’s ring and who could make a beautiful custom wedding band to fit the curvature of my engagement ring. Great customer service. I do not live in Naperville and was there to watch my daughter play a soccer game. Late Saturday afternoon, I went into Yassen jewelers because my watch band broke during the soccer match. Larry took a look at it and fixed it, and charged me nothing. Such unselfish customer service is rare these days. I go to Naperville on a regular basis- my next trip will involve a purchase. Great place, great friendly, customer service.
Yasee, this place is an excellent place to shop. They did rip my name off though and use it, so Yaseen it here first; I'll be suing.
She said yes! The amazing ring that Larry Yaseen hand crafted may have helped;). Having absolutely no idea what I was doing, Larry helped me take my vision through to reality and I ended up with the perfect ring for the perfect woman!
Hindsight is 20/20, I should have gone here first. The sign does says "Watch Repair". I went to a few other places, then out of desperation I stopped in here. I had cracked the crystal of my watch, every other place said "we have to send it out, 2-4weeks". The gentleman said about one week, this was a Wednesday, three days later I received a phone call that my watch was fixed.
