Very positive, he is very professional, knowledgeable and experienced. He is thorough, able to analyze my problems and advises on what my options for treatment.
Dr. Shaia and his staff were all extremely personable and attentive. They showed empathy and compassion, as well as urgency. I was not left waiting while they saw other patients and I felt like the only patient they had, but I knew that they had an office full of others who were there needing their service. Great experience!
He listens, kept me the informed and treated my shoulder pain effectively until we sgreed that surgery was necessary.

I was seen for a mild ankle fracture, he answered all of my questions and was very nice. My prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy but other than that it was a good visit
He has operated on both shoulders. One two years ago and my other one just recently. He is very caring and makes sure you understand what the problem is and how to fix it. He is a fantastic Dr and would recommend him to anybody in the Montpelier, VA , Richmond VA area and anywhere close to Orth VA, Parham Road.
Dr Shaia has a great bed side matter, he took the time to listen and talk about my condition .
Dr shaiah did a rotator cuff repair for me. Recommend highly. Bedside manner is great. He is very good at explaining and answering all questions. He is caring and makes sure to listen to any fears and then walks you thru the process each step of the way. Very professional.
