My husband and I had such a wonderful experience from renting from Judy Harrison at Harrison realty group. While we needed to rent while looking for a home to buy. From the first time we meet with Judy, she was very helpful and friendly. We had only signed a one year lease anytime there was anything wrong Judy was very quick about sending someone out to fix any issues. Terrible customer service – I had a very dissatisfying experience renting through Harrison Realty Group, and I would not recommend them to anybody. Judy puts little to no effort into making sure that the tenant is happy - all she cares about is getting her rent money. She is very uptight about the rental requirements - I asked her about getting a friend of mine added onto the lease because I was already guaranteeing the full amount of monthly rent, and she refused to have a conversation about it - she did not answer my phone... read more

As the owners, we strive to provide our services with integrity & professionalism. Therefore, we are never happy to receive negative feedback & will continue to work hard to improve. Unfortunately there are times of differing opinions and during those times it is our duty to refer to the lease agreement for clarity of responsibilities. 1 clarification; while our lease agreement does require professional cleaning at the end, we recommend our preferred vendors but those vendors are not mandatory.
Very Nice & Professional – Harrison Reality Group provides a professional and friendly service. Judy is incredibly helpful with all our projects. We live almost 500 miles away from the house therefore she takes care of things that need to be done. Everything always goes according to the plan, there are no surprises. We know that our investment is in good hands.
Awesome Property Management Company – I had used another property management company in the area and was very disappointed with their unsatisfactory services. Once I switched to Harrison Realty Group, all of my problems were gone! Judy is very efficient and great to work with. I highly recommend the Harrison Realty Group.
Very Nice, and Professional – I had a great experience while working with Judy Harrison of Harrison Realty Group while searching for a rental property. Judy is great, she is very helpful and showed me an handful of very nice properties that met my requirements.
