Improvements could be made by not scheduling appointments without getting details for 20 minutes before closing. Maybe a little volume control when you're casually making and eating lunch in the back while your clients are waiting in that teeny tiny room behind that paper thin wall for their pets to be returned to them? We have always had wonderful service there!
I first found them a few years ago when my cat was sick. Ended up having to let him go😢. Everyone there was so sweet and I appreciated them more than they could know during that hard time. Took my dogs there for there annual checkups and vacationing. Again they were great! And the prices were a lot less than my previous vet. Recommend them highly
I took my baby there for the first time yesterday due to him being sick and my normal vet couldn’t make the time to see him. I was so pleased with Dr Hodges and her staff! They have him on the road to recovery and went out of their way to help my baby. I am picking up my babies records from their precious vet on Saturday and we will be going to Harris from now on. Thank you so much for being all about the animals!!!!
They have went above and beyond to assist me to nurse my very sick cat back to health. An example is when I ran out of antibiotics they quickly went out of their way to make sure I would have it that day even though it takes generally 24 hours. Totally recommended.
Very kind and they have great attitudes about their job. I would recommend them to everyone. They’re not over priced and are very knowledgeable when it comes to my pets. Highly trusted hands down❤️
I cannot say enough praise for this place. I called Wednesday morning in a panic as I had a class pet that needed to be put down. My only free time was right then or after school. She told me to come in right away, I did and they put the hamster down. The staff was amazingly friendly, loving and caring.
