Dr. Hodges and Dr. Simons are incredible. And the staff is amazing as well. We started with our collie, Miss Helen. They have cared for her through the normal trials of being the runt, up through micro-chipping and an infection that had us worried sick. All of the techs absolutely love her and she feels the same. When we rescued our 2 kittens, no question where they were going. When Trixie, our mixed adult got sick last week, we called Dr. Hodges and knew our fur-baby was in the right hands. Cannot begin to tell you how wonderfully caring the ladies that work at Harris are. We called this afternoon to make an appointment for our 7 week old puppy to get her second round of shots. Didn't even have to give them anything but the pup's name and Helen knew exactly who was calling and gushed over the puppy asking how she was doing. Another veterinarian's office in town has never known any of our animals' names even though they've been treating them for years. Getting ready to switch all of our babies over to Harris. The dr cares like its ger pet and that means a lot. I wouldn't go anywhere else with my fur babies
We recently switched to this vet and we are extremely pleased with how friendly yet professional the entire staff are. We had to bring our chihuahua in for a c-section and they were just as excited as we were. They kept us informed through out the entire procedure through text message. Dr. Hodges is always smiling and really loves what she does and she great at what she does. Also the entire staff go above and beyond. Thank you.
Improvements could be made by not scheduling appointments without getting details for 20 minutes before closing. Maybe a little volume control when you're casually making and eating lunch in the back while your clients are waiting in that teeny tiny room behind that paper thin wall for their pets to be returned to them?
