Quality of service and very knowledgeable staff. I think they can fix anything.
After not receiving a contract for the 2018-2019 season (they have been plowing us for several years), I called to inquire- was told I would receive a call. After a week, no call, I called again. After taking my info- phone #, address and email address, received a call that evening stating we should have received a postcard in Sept. that they no longer plow out our way. If you are in the Erie area I highly suggest Harrell Automotive. From cars to busses they handle it all. I recommend Mark Merski one of the best techs I've met in the industry. All of them are great actually. Seriously knowledgeable people.
The boys at Harrell's Automotive were great. We broke down on are way through Erie PA and they got us in the next morning. I drive an 85 VW Vanagon so not everyone works on these. Marshal took my call and was super informative and recommended us some lodging nearby. We were on the road by 12 and truly didn't lose anytime with our road schedule. I highly recommend these folks. Honest and friendly. #backtothevanagon
