I had a brake repair back in September at a different repair shop, that broke again last Sunday. Harrell’s had fantastic reviews online, so I called and left a message on a Sunday. I received a text within 45 minutes asking if I could bring my car in Tuesday, which I did. They identified the problem, called me to explain and gave me a price. Love...Love...Love Harrell Automotive! Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful and they know what they are doing. So easy to deal with. I send everyone to see them.
My parking brake would not disengage while I was on vacation. I basically had lost hope of getting back home today with my vehicle. I was able to call Harrell and within 2 minutes Marshall was able to recommend a towing service and was able to give me a round about guess as to how much my bill you be. By the time I had arrived at their location I already felt welcome.
