Derek Tingle and Harper Audi are absolutely the best! Had car trouble this weekend in KY and the dealership there was "supposed" to have taken care of me but unfortunately it didn't happen that way. Came back to Knoxville and Harper went above the call of duty to make sure all was taken care of. Would never buy a car anywhere else but Harper! Thank you Derek!
