Service department very accommodating arrange to have two cars serviced on consecutive days and they provided a loaner vehicle making the shuffling of my cars very convenient. The personnel are exceptional and make you very comfortable the entire time you’re there
If you have a Jaguar don't take it anywhere but Harpers. They know what they are doing and they do it well. As soon our Jag's problem was diagnosed I immediately received the diagnosis via e-mail for my review. The issue was fixed and back on the road and it was an unscheduled visit. Thank you Harper's Jaguar team!!

These people are not honest...they said I berated their staff and threatened them, which is ridiculous. I never threatened or cussed anybody! I was upset with the service I got and for that, they voided their service agreement, which is unethical and illegal. If you have a classic Jag find an ethical mechanic and avoid these people.
Trent was great. Every question answered and every detail was addressed swifty. Highly recommended.
