I got my oil changed Friday in my vehicle I got from Harper. Noticed oil leaking yesterday, I took it up there today, it was a minor fix they were apologetic, informative and quick with getting it fixed and getting me back on the road... and they didn't charge me a dime... thank you to all the guys in the service department for helping me today!!!!
We are now the proud owner of a 2018 Chevrolet truck. A million thanks to Steve Saxon and the rest of the staff at Harper. The whole experience was excellent and all of our questions were answered and anything we didn't understand was explained in plain ,simple terms that we could understand. Couldn't of had a better experience! I was nervous about being pressured into buying a car but the salesman, Chris Bowers, was excellent. Didn't pressure me. He let me look at the vehicles I wanted and even showed me some that were similar and cheeper. He was patient and explained everything very throughly. Will definitely recommend the salesman and dealership to friends and family!
I’m a busy woman. So I called Steve Saxon and told him to find my daughter a car, that fits her personality, that I could afford. Twenty minutes later he called back asking when I could come fill out the paperwork! He found the perfect little lime green car that price, size, warranties ALL just fit exactly what we needed. I can’t see needing a salesman elsewhere that does what’s needed like Steve did.
