service department did not want to even acknowledge I was standing there waiting for help. Then they answered 1/2 my issue and sent me 10 feet over to talk to someone else about the rest of the cost. I waited for 5 minutes as employees walked by..thats when I decided to walk my self right out of there and to my car and leave. Very disappointed in service. I didn’t think I would be able to get approved, but she worked her magic and not only was I approved, but my payments are where I needed them to be and I got a really nice vehicle! I have taken my car to a dealership in Ruston 6 times for the same issue and never got it fixed. They couldn’t even find what was wrong and acted like I was crazy when I would tell them what was going on. When your brakes don’t work it is pretty major! Each time they would keep my car for several days at a time. Today I barely even got through the door at Harper and they knew exactly what was wrong and had the parts in stock to fix it.
