I'm far from a big "car salesman" fan, but these guys are Rock Stars! I built the Yukon of my dream on GMC.com and found it was on the Harper GMC lot...500mi away. After a friendly & profession negotiation and details phone call with Scott Moore we struck a deal. I stopped by to purchase a new 2500 HD Duramax or similar earlier this week. I stood in the parking lot for about 7 minutes looking at a couple High Countrys. No salesmen made any attempt to help me in anyway while outside; matter of fact, no one even got up from their desk. I decided to go inside. The salesman closest to the door acted like he couldn't care less and offered no help other than checking one other dealership with no enthusiasm at all. I purchased a “new to us” GMC Canyon back in August from Harper for my son. My experience was wonderful. Our salesman, Steve, was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He pointed out all of the features of the truck to us and made sure my son understood everything. He explained OnStar to us also. This was one of the easiest vehicle purchases I’ve ever made. Johnny in finance was great too! The next time I have to purchase a vehicle, I will definitely go back to Harper with Steve!!!
