I had to take my Acura in to have the driver's airbag replaced. The service dept was 5stars!So polite & so efficient. The loaner car was very nice. Picked my car up & it was all clean inside & out. Even left me a water bottle to drink on drive home! 5stars!

I was stranded on Friday afternoon at 5pm. I had to have my car towed to the dealership. Ray Panzera was so kind and understanding that I was blown away! He stayed late to help me and gave me a sweeeeeeet loaner too. He is a HUGE asset to Harper Acura, who always exceeds my expectations. They made my terrible predicament so much better with awesome customer service!
Worked there a couple years ago. They definitely are about the customer service. It was a pleasure working for them and I would love to work for them again someday.
Bought my first Acura today and the service was incredible!! My husband and I didn't realize the time when we went in to test drive a car I had my eyes on. It was almost 5pm and closing time. Billy Morton told us it was ok to go ahead and test drive. He was an amazing sales consultant, friendly, patient and very courteous. R. Jay Pruslik did an awesome job finding just the right financing and warranty to meet our needs. These guys stayed almost 3 hrs over to work our deal!! My wife and I bought an ILX today and had a great experience. Joey and R.J. were super easy to work with and never pressured or patronized us. Best of all, NO dealer/doc fees! I will never understand why most car dealers want to stick their customers with these insulting fees, and it was very refreshing not to find them here! I would *highly* recommend Harper Acura.
