Best service ever. Phil Collins was ready for me even though we were early. Richard Tomk, Service Manager, is always a pleasure to talk to.
Always first class service. In and out as scheduled. Friendly staff and work done right. Loaner car is a plus for those of us who still need to go to work when car maintenance is being done. Love my MDX and the service department at Harper Acura.
This is by far the best automobile dealer I have ever dealt with. I have a 2008 MDX and have had it serviced only at Harper since I have owned it. They do not ever attempt to upsell you on unnecessary repairs. It's nice to be able to trust a car dealership - it doesn't happen often in my experience. 5 stars.

Harper Acura service department was incredible. They know how to treat customers. Left my car for air bag replacement & oil change. Called me on mh phone when ready--I was shopping. Car cleaned in & outside. Courteous from beginning to finish. Glad I bought my car from Harper.
New to Knoxville, needed some service for our Acura. Great service team at Harper! Knowledgeable and friendly, even assisted with loaner for the day so that I could finish my tasks while they did the needed repairs.
Took our MDX in for airbag replacement (2nd one). As always, everyone at Harper's makes customer service as number 1. From the person answering phones to the service folks, everyone is courteous, respectful, informative, and eager to please. If every business had this kind of customer focus, they would all do much better.
