The young sales person that was working with me knows nothing about vehicles. He thought the 6.0 liter in the 2014 2500 chevy they were trying to get me to purchase was a vortec diesel. I had to explain to him what it was and what diesel engine they put in GM vehicles. I will never go back there!!
heres my latest experience with gwatney. bought a certified used truck from them a year ago also paid 2000$ for extended warranty. it developed a leak st rear cab breaklight stained my head liner. not only would they not fix. josh shirley and chad ausburn offered me ( in writting) via email a 100$ birddog fee because i had to order a light from internet. repeatedly ask about the 100$. no response. what ever this outfit promises you Do Not Trust them. i still have emails with false promises.
Gwatneys Black Friday deal was a joke. It was first come first serve. I was the first person in line and they told me the car had already been sold then they tried to sell me a different car at full price. The same thing happened to the girl behind me ( the 2nd person in line ). That seems like FALSE ADVERTISING to me. I was also very disappointed in their rude attitude toward us as we told them the problem. I will never do business with this place and will not recommend them to anyone.

Out of so many dealerships we have visited in the past several months in search of a truck. Gwatney I must say has been the best. They helped us in every way so we were able to be where we needed to with the truck we chose. They were professional and friendly. They did not push or become cocky.
