Horrible service today. Took my vehicle in to have our wiper sprayers fixed. When asked the problem I had to explain the sprayer didn't work. I told him we filled it 3 times so maybe a Crack in the fluid tank for the wiper. 3 times. I am not a mechanic but I do have enough knowledge to know better. And when I asked about our last free oil change I was told it was voided out 3000 miles ago. I mean really when did they have mileage limits on that. I used to love Gwatney bought 3 vehicles there and received excellent service! However today I had a service appointment for 7:30 was told I would have a 2 hour wait. During my now 3 hour (and waiting) wait I've seen 3 customers who arrived after me come and leave. I asked the lady who checked me in how much longer, she replied 15 minutes.....20 minutes later I'm still waiting. This is very very very poor customer service!!! So much for a 7:30 appointment and my Saturday plans!
Well I was very intrested in purchasing a 2013 mazdaspeed3 today but after we were disrespected from our sales man we decided to take our business somewhere else. The price was where we wanted but after being belittled and bashed we decided to go elsewhere. Not happy with our experience.
Gwatney Chevrolet is amazing! We had a great no hassle experience. They really went out of their way to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted for the best deal!
My husband had an unfortunate "situation" �� with his car recently..... Adam Pelkey in the Service Department jumped in and helped save the day. The day which actually turned into 2 weeks dealing with insurance! Adam made the entire process so stress free including a Gwatney loaner car! While I still like my LR--- Gary will no doubt be visiting Gwatney for his next purchase! ��
