I expected to be there longer because of the time they told me to expect . But did not take near the time . Very courteous and polite employees .

I can not say enough good things about Gwatney Chevrolet and their awesome Service Department! I took my Colorado in for a routine service of oil change and tire rotation and they remembered not only me but my grandson who was with me on my last service visit 3 months ago. These people are THE BEST!!!!
At 40,000 miles we had a letter from GM to get the catalytic converter's replay on our 2012 Camaro we took it to the shop there in Jacksonville they replace one of the catalytic converters with the letter specifically stated converters which is plural (which for James the service manager is more than one) so we picked our car up after we were told it was done. At 81,250 miles the passenger side catalytic converter went out. I called Gwatney and they told me they only replaced the one in the drivers side at 40,000 miles. Why?... read more
