Never going back to this dealership. Had a vibration in the truck since it was new, third time back to Gwatney and they still didn't fix it. Third time the service manager wanted me to buy tires and pay for the road testing. The truck is still under 3yr/36k warranty. The service manager was rude, confrontational, and adversarial, he needs schooling on how to deal with people. Made a complaint to GM on how I was treated here.
If anyone is looking to get service done for them Dewayne bell your guy! Greatest guy around, most definitely recommend.

They Service Sucks. The People are Friendly but Neva any good deals unless it's a big commission in it for the salesman. Fuck these people at this location.
Was looking for a good affordable car for our daughter's first car. Chris nash and james miller hooked us up with a used cruze, put 4 new tires on it and got an extended warranty and sales tax paid all in the budget we gave them up front. 5 star safety rating means we know she's safe as she goes to college in august. Even our insurance agent said that was a really safe car. Thanks guys for all your help.
I always get the worst treatment form here ! if I could give this Truck back I would just because of the way I've been repeatedly been treated from Service department when I have issue about my Truck...ive been complaining about smell in Truck for months I was told it was battery so I bought new one....well I'm still smelling it....
