Well, I cannot agree that it's the Friendliest Harley dealership, the sales people didn't even acknowledge us when we walked in, and in motor clothes it was like we were invisible. No one ever asked if we needed help, and seemed put off when asked to show us some goggles out of the display case. Afterwards we went to two Adamec harley dealership's and they were by far way friendlier and more helpful than Tallahassee and we spent a ton of money because of it. Service department is courteous and friendly! Parts department was quick with answers to queries also. Apparel personnel were very helpful in finding some things for gifts and personal shopping! 👍
The guys there are awesome. Recently bought an Electra Glide and they went above and beyond to make my dream a reality. Sean was persistent but easy going with it. No pressure with it. Gunny made the miracle happen. If you want true American Made muscle with possibly the best customer service and appreciation, go to Tallahassee Harley-Davidson.
what a great place they fixed my Harley got me back out on the road . I Am 1300 miles from home. Ted the service manager took great care of me . Christian the service guy took care of me also great place to have work done
