RecommendedTook the bike in this week for a radio issue. First service for me since the dealership changed hands. First impression is a good one. Spoke with Chris, Scott, & Trevor regarding the problem & was happy to get it resolved. Purchased a 2020 Ultra Limited last Saturday. Followed up with an upgrade to the sound system and was not happy with it. Jon Buck and the team went out of their way to resolve the issue even though they had no obligation to. If you are looking for friendly folks that will treat you right this is definitely the place to go. I will purchase my next Harley from here as well.
