My husband and I ran into problems towing our toy hauler. Our truck broke down and everyone at Harley-Davidson are so nice they let us leave our truck in their parking lot until we could find a transport. I had to overnight the keys to Joe in order to have the truck picked up. When I called he was so nice and said he would do it. Even though I live in Spring Hill Florida I will be driving up there to buy my next bike. Thank you Joe and your team for being true Harley people. Lenore and Scott Jenkins

Couldnt be happier with the new management! Owners are amazing, how many places can you say you know the owners first hand? Kevin Lyttle is so involved with his riders, is an easy guy to talk to and his crew are all the same! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and fun to shop with. BIG SHOUT-OUT to Trevor. You want to experience customer service then this is it. While traveling with my wife we lost a bag containing my key fob, thankfully i had my phone in my pocket. Called PCB harley to try and get help with starting the bike without the fob, as im stranded on the side of the road, only to be put on hold, go figure. Called a 2nd time to explain my situation, only to be put on hold again.
