I stopped in to purchase a large gift certificate, and inquire about a motorcycle cover. I have not received such bad customer service in a long time. I was fuming by the time I left. I was the only customer in the store, yet I was told twice oh we can't do that at this counter, you have to walk to the other counter for that service. When someone asked if I had been there before I said obviously not, since I didn't know I had to go to a different counter for every little thing I needed. 5 stars I purchased my 09 Night train, brand new at the old location, and then traded it in and bought my 15 Street glide last year. I’ve always had great customer service at both locations.

Very limited to merchandise
Very friendly
Always have a good time in ERIE, but we stayed at Downtown Erie hotel and was the worst we ever stayed at �never clean OUR rooms and some rooms where unfit to stay in, had to get our own clean towels and toilet paper �never again will we stay there.....and there was a lot of us that feel the same way�
