Just recently purchased a 2020 roadglide special and had some parts put on it from 14" bars to an exhaust with intake and tune. Sales staff were extremely friendly as usual , parts department did a phenomenal job getting everything i needed as well as helping find the right height of bars, then the service department! Service was fantastic, they got my bike right in and had everything installed and fit me for the highway pegs. Well done HD Erie !!

Had my 2018 SGS at the dealer today for a front brake issue. They got the bike right into service and got it fixed really quick. Kelly is always out on the floor talking and interacting with customers. Very stand up guy. Great knowledgeable staff and employees. Always treated very good when I visit this dealership. bought an 05 soft tail here about a year ago, Ken was extremely helpful and walked us thru the paperwork. If your looking to buy a bike new or used I recommend him! Also have been doing a lot of upgrade parts to our bike this year. After a year of not going in they still remember me and my husband by name!!!!! MJ in the parts department is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They treat you like family. Recommend this dealership over any other around northeast Ohio!
