Great time
It was extremely busy but yet well-staffed service took care of my flat tire for me in less than 5 hours
I come up every year for Bikefest with Thunder Roads of Pennsylvania Magazine. The event is always lots of fun. The event is full of many different things to do.... from countless vendors, a wide variety of bands, food, specials at the dealership and more.
Just wanna say thanks to the staff at Erie Harley Davidson more specifically Mike in service. Loaded the bike up today to head out back to Pittsburgh go to start the bike and nothing. Buddy of mine ran to advance got a jump box (that ended up being dead) ran and got me another jump box which just didn't have enough juice to get the bike kicked over went back to advance and they were to incompetent to figure which battery would work on my bike so we're unable to sell me a battery. Friendly staff
We traveled from Ohio to visit Erie, Pa. Stopped in to the Dealership to make a few purchases. The staff was very attentive and very pleasant. Always smiling and letting us know that they were there to help if we needed it. Will be visiting Pa again and the Dealership is on the list of return stops!!!!
