Battle Born staff addressed a recall by Harley Davidson the same day I received the recall notice in the mail. The service department said to bring it down right away.... they took my Road Glide in immediately, offered me a nice place to rest, water, coffee ... within 50 minutes the bike was ready, I signed a few documents and was back on the road. I came in to Battle Born HD in search of a new helmet for me. I wanted a ¾ version to wear while out in our Polaris RZR. A very nice young lady named Tara brought out a catalog with tons of choices other than regular HD wear. She was very knowledgeable about helmets and steered me to the section of the catalog with these types of helmets. I found one I liked and she ordered it. It was there the next day. Friendly staff, nice bar. Service dept. was efficient. Limited ladies merchandise. Met some nice bikers traveling through.
