We went to the Carson City Harley today, what a great event they have so many bikes to choose from and so many more vendors this year, we will go back this weekend but today was great, go down and check them out :)
I have been to this dealership many times and every time the same experience. Nobody wants to help, to busy standing around talking amongst themselves to ask a customer if he needed help. I have been to dealers in Texas, California, Florida and Nevada. This one by far has the least amount of professionalism, in my opinion. During a cross-country trip, I decided to skip riding through the San Francisco area and have my bike shipped from Eureka CA to Battle Born HD Carson City NV. Marco in service was fantastic. He treated me as a regular customer. No, he treated me like a friend. He eased my mind immediately by assuring me that he would look after my bike until I could get there almost two weeks later. Rented bikes for a week to ride around in Kings Canyon and small towns in California. Cory was awesome answering questions and accommodating the rentals prior and during the trip. Staff in the dealer were all GREAT :) Thank you for a great memory!
