Service department don't know what they are doing. Damaged my bike, no apologies, no offer to replace part. But did take $100 off Bill. OH they didn't fix the problem I came in for. Would not go in to get bike worked on.
Visiting for a music festival. Went inside and told them I was just browsing, very helpful showing me around and answering questions. Chatted with the parts guy a bit very cool. Much better experience than any HD dealer in my area (Sacramento)
One of the final stops on this years Annual American Legion Legacy Run and the parts i needed were readily available and the staff was awesome. They opened up to the entire group and treated everyone very well. And the owner is a fellow service member of the armed forces. I wont give you crap for being a Marine
Dax .miah.both corys and delivery driver not sure his name and complete sales and service dep..basically everyone at battle born have done awsome work selling me my bike .and putting new bars on it for me ..at any point if i felt stressed or impatient. THE SERVICE HERE IS NON EXISTENT. many reports, myself personally of taking over 90 days to even try and get anything done with your vehicle. (anyone with a new vehicle for add ons get bumped to the top of the list BTW) After seven calls, 3 visits I am having my bike towed to another facility where I can receive the level of service and timely response one would expect from a MoCo dealer. No one was thsre, no food truck..bad night i cleared my night to come down and party..very disappointed
I'm a semi-regular, in the shop every couple weeks or so. Sierra over in Motorclothes is always super helpful, and has answers to any question I can throw at her. When I bought a helmet there, they worked with me until I had the proper sized bucket on my brain case. Not to mention Kyle and Jeff over in sales. Those dudes worked with me when I bought a Dyna from them. Gave me a good deal on my trade in, AND got me into some lower payments. Definitely a dealership I'd send anyone to.
Stopped here on the way to Lake Tahoe. Staff was very nice and helpful.
