I purchased my last two (new) bikes from Battle Born Harley and they have always treated me great. The sales staff will make it happen. Parts and Service are always available to answer even the most mundane question. 5 Stars to a hot-rod crew!
Had a great experience not long ago when I bought my "new-to-me" 2016 Road Glide. Salesman Paul handled everything and made the entire time very at ease and comfortable. Nothing but class and respect! To top it off, I go back not long later, I go in for a new flannel. Sierra, in Motorclothes, assisted me in finding a flannel jacket that worked the best! She was so friendly and professional, I'm definitely buying more there, because the overall experience is well worth it!

My Battle Born experience was exceptional. Kyle, Paul, Dax and Spike were awesome to work with. I was looking for a Fat Boy and Kyle said he had one I just had to see. Have stopped in many times while visiting the Carson city area. Always been helped or asked if they could help me find something. The guys at the parts counter have always answered my questions about a part regardless of whether I was buying or not! Every body has a bad day, don't let one event set the tone for shopping there.
