Don't bother riding down, they don't want old customers back..won't honor any agreements with old harley even to get you to buy a bike .go to reno better customer service .

HI Mike... sorry for your frustration. The prior dealership no longer exist. We do not have access to any of that information and aren't able to honor certain things... because we are new Owners, we didn't inherit debts, we are responsible for our own of course. Kinda like if you just bought a house and the prior owner didn't pay their landscaping bill... then that Company showed up on your door step asking for payment. I have bought both of my Harleys from Carson City. I living in Winnemucca and Dax dealer located both of the bikes I wanted. We were able to do the deal over the phone. When I went to the store for pick up everything was exactly what Dax and I agreed on. I was in and out with no problems. I would recommend Dax and Battle Born.

Dax ,wanna be sales manger , very bad attitude I went in with a friend to buy a $38,000 street glide wouldn`t recommend to any one to purchase from this place, he chose to go to Livermore HD in California Great Deals out there all day everyday !!
A rip off dealer who purposely took people money knowing they were going out of business. Too bad there are no negative stars.
They had the parts I needed, and lent me a tool needed to install it.

Boyfriend bought a new 2015 roadglide, we're from Cali and have had a lot of customer service issues. .sort of a circle jerk ... not really happy. ..but the bike is cool.
