Battle Born Harley-Davidson is awesome! Paul and Allen in Sales were great. The buying/financing process was quick and painless, I was out of there in 2 hours. It helps to submit an online credit application a couple days before you go in, and know what you're looking for ahead of time. Everything was ready to go when I got there. I would of been done sooner, but they had some computer server issues going on. Will definitely purchase from them again!
Only gave it 1 star because I had to for a review, my family had the worst deal from battle born ever, bought 3 bikes from Carson and was great , just bought 2 from Battle born and one of the deals was terrible, they were great customers of harley , and they treated them extremely bad, laughed in there face and would not fix the bad deal bad trike.she has spent $10 grand on just the down payments for 3 bikes, and that's how harley treats her,?? We all will be doing yelp reviews , and more..
After another dealership in another state made a misque the boys at Carson city got me back on the road in no time and no charge good people

So I like to give credit when credit is due. When I first moved to Carson a few years ago all I heard was never go to Carson City Harley. And every time I walked in there I would never be greeted, and felt like the employees didn't really care about helping someone out or not. However since new management and the three times I have came in all I have seen is top notch costumer service. My experience at battle born Harley Davidson was the best I've had at any Harley Davidson dealership.The staff kick ass at being helpful answering any questions out on the floor greeting customers.You could tell that they really enjoyed their job and they were very knowledgeable.Battle born Harley Davidson rocks
My wife Lynnette and I went in for a test ride. Yes we left with her purchasing. At first I was iffy about the purchase but during the process it worked out very well. Whom ever reopened this dealer really has what it takes to make this dealer roll with it. The way the staff gets interpersonal is what is going to make this place strive. Thanks to everyone there

I live out of state, but while working in Carson City I purchased a trike from Battle Born. Since signing papers and picking up bike, I have become a non person....Can't get bike registered because no one will do necessary paperwork....Can't get phone calls returned...everything they told me, so far has been a lie....NOT A SATISFIEDCUSTOMER.
