My mother took her car there for a recall service and came back with mykey activated. Now she cant turn the volume past 15. It restricts you to 80mph ("but you dont need to go over 80" shut it. Its the fact that there are restrictions on a car not owned by them) shows there is an "admin"key also but she was only given one key when she bought it years ago. And of course the dealer response to that was "we always give 2 keys." Hopefully people have a better experience than my family. Good luck.
