I went to Harlan Ford not knowing what I wanted, but Robert helped me out tremendously! He made sure I was happy with my choice and we didn't spend all day there with paper work! We had been waiting on our insurance check from a wreck where our truck was totaled. We found a truck at Harland Ford but were having to wait on the insurance check to make the deal. Harlan Ford was very understanding and held the truck for almost 3 weeks for us! We had other things happening at the moment also and Robert keep saying don't worry everything will be ok. Thanks so much for your help!
